International flights from the UK to New York and Australia are on the up with Goa entering the Top 100 for the first time reports Skyscanner Travel Trends this week. The most popular flight destinations were Spain (with Malaga holding top spot) and America, with New York rocketing up the rankings to number four as travellers go Christmas shopping in the Big Apple. London rose three places to claim 5th spot and Amsterdam climbed two place to 8th. Faro slipped two places to number nine and, despite various problems with civil unrest in recent months, Bangkok rose up the charts to make it in to the top ten.
